[N&W] VGN Passenger cars

Did VGN have passenger cars? What did VGN use for passengers? What color
were they? I have a couple of cases of undecorated Rivarossi streamlined and
heavyweight cars I would like to use to model a consist to be pulled by the
Y3. I know the Y3's were freight engines but remember I have a steam
excursion museum on my layout.
