That's it.  It stood on the west side of the current parking lot for the 
ballpark.  NS tracks remain on the east side of the ballpark, running over 
the Elisabeth river bridge.

I don't recall if anyone replied to your question but you might try 
contacting the Head of the Division of Surveys for the City of Norfolk or 
the Director of Planning as one of those departments may have what you're 
looking for. I know they keep some items deemed as historical value and the 
information you want could be forthcoming if you find the right person. A 
good starting place for the city would be their web site: 
http://www.norfolk.gov/.  Hopefully you can get a response from them and 
come up with a floor plan or pictures.

You could also phone them direct if you wish, below are some numbers for you

Div of Surveys:  (757) 664-4673

Planning:  (757) 664-4752

Public Works (Architecture):  (757) 664-4655

With any luck one of those should be able to get you to the right person if 
maps or photos still exist in their files.
