Pole line removal on the Bristol Line

Regarding the poles with transformers: my advice to amateur collectors is to 
stay away !  The fluid mentioned is PCB's (polychlorinated biphenyls)
which can cause cancer.  Toxic waste cleanups were needed at several 
locations in former PRR and NYC territory where electric locos were serviced and 
housekeeping was careless.
