J Builders plate on ebay

I read through the ad on eBay and I don't believe the plate's seller really knows what he has. If its a class J N&W builder's plate then the number on it (390) does not correspond to any of the class-J locomotives, since they were numbered 600-613 (or 614? I don't remember). I don't know what engine 390 was, but it wasn't a J....
