Buena Vista double tank location?

   I'm looking for the location of the Buena Vista double tanks as shown 
on pages 44-45 of O. Winston Links "The Last Steam Railroad in America" 
(NW-853, NW-854, NW-855). The photo is also on the dust jacket. I can 
find nothing in the photos to locate the images in the present day. I'm 
guessing the tanks where in downtown somewhere, and were feed from the 
Maury river???

  A web search turned up another OWL image of the double tanks. NW-857.
