Conductor Burnett's Train Book for June 17, 1928

Wonder if that fireman Harrell on the 1722 was J. R. (Roy) Harrell who was
the Powhatan Arrow engineer on the cover of Link's NIGHT TRICK?  I knew him
as a Bristol Line freight engineer in the early 1950s.
