has contact information for either Horace Miller (I
think he has passed away) or Mike Payne, please let me

Mike Payne came to Roanoke as Supt. Terminals in the
mid-to-late 90's until his retirement.  I think he's
still in the area.  Good ole time railroader.

Frank,
    It must have been in the mid eighties, sometime 
after Pete Atkinson retired and before S.R. Winegard's
short stint as RFE. I  remember both 
Horace [Miller] and S.R. as being good RFs.
