Rails to Reefs

is a program where GE locomotives are "cleaned and gutted" in an  attempt to 
make something useful out of them such as a new barrier reef  for marine 
animals. The new EVO units are particular targets for this  project.
    So far I have been the only person to see  the overwhelming advantages of 
this program and to jump on board.
