Dwarf signals at Clare Yard Cincinnati

Holy Smokes, Gary... the MW Department has just about buried that cute PL-3 dwarf in ballast !

What a shame.  Those signals were designed to sit up "above grade," both for visibility purposes and for drainage.

I certainly hope you took out your shovel and cleared some of that stone away.
