Domed Passenger Cars

The N&W refurbished a couple of the domed cars from the Wabash and made a
big deal of putting them into the consist of the trains in and out of
Norfolk.  They had a big write up in the newspapers and had a car open to
the public so they could see the upgrade in passenger service.  I believe
that they ran them in both the Arrow and Pocahontas near their end.
