Randy,
You wouldn't recognize the place anymore.   Powell Rd. is now a 4 lane road 
with an overpass.   There is now a set of crossovers there as they did extend 
the DT all the way to MP26 in Delaware, where it joined up with the existing 
double to Troyton.   I used to poke around those backroads and it was relatively 
easy to do.   I wouldn't even try to now.   Too much traffic, too many 
traffic lights.
