CONTRACT FOR NEW OFFICE BUILDING

    The contract has been let for a new office building in Bluefield by the Norfolk and Western.  T. W. Kirkbride [?? blurred; best estimate] was the successful bidder.  The building will be erected in the open space between the shops and the round house and will contain the offices of the master mechanic and other officials in the transportation department.  The building will be frame, two stories high, and fitted with modern conveniences.
