    President elect L. E. Johnson and General Manager N. D. Maher and Chief Engineer C. S. Churchill, of the Norfolk and Western, are making a tour of inspection of the road.  They spent yesterday in Bluefield, and left in the afternoon, accompanied by Division Superintendent Needles, for a trip over the Pocahontas Division.
