The Arrow

Not that I expect to get an answer but why is the Arrow being mailed so late.  I don't recall seeing what it is costing the society to have someone else produce our magazine but I expect it's a fair sum and don't understand why they can't produce it on time unless the problem is within the society it's self!  Then I guess the question is what is the hold up on our end!
