I am very sad to hear this news. Jarrell had been very kind to me and along with Jim Gillum, had been the original Society contacts during the early days of research and writing for my book, "Midnight on the Pocahontas". My only concern is that the plans and cover illustration for "Midnight on the Pocahontas" which I gave to Jarrell, can be retrieved by the Society so all is not lost, even though the book has progressed greatly since I sent these items to him.
