That would be the East End Shops in Roanoke, Virginia. The roundhouse is  the 
passenger car roundhouse. You can see the motive power building and GOB  
(both buildings) in the photo as well. The photo is looking west. If you  look 
carefully you can see the N&W Passenger Station as well.
