Signal replacement on Valley Line

I forgot to mention that the signal will allow trains to come over the mountain to Wilda instead of having to wait south of Vesuvius while the V85 is switching industries ( Hershey, Alcoa, Nibco) south of the signal at Stuart's Draft.
