Well, I went ahead and fixed this topic heading since we're talking about 611 here.
 
And, I gotta agree with Ed on this one.  I really don't expect to see her run again either.

Since the N&W doesn't/didn't have a 614, might you be thinking of ex-C&O J3a 4-8-4 614?

 

What there is is a 611, which is in the museum in Roanoke and probably will not run again in your lifetime.
