No. Because of the location of the wire runs required, they are more difficult to add to a locomotive that wasn't built from scratch with them. Neither the CSX ES44AC bill of materials from which the NS locos were built, nor any other ES44ACs have battery jump connectors. NS is the only customer that specifies battery jump connectors at the locomotive ends.

Will this include the jumper cable sockets? I wonder why these weren't included when the locos were built?
