Tunnel Nearing Completion
A. D. Wynne, foreman on the grade work of the east end approach to the big tunnel being cut for the Norfolk and Western at Cedar Bluff [Tunnel No. 3, L=4769', on Dry Fork Branch near Bandy, VA], and Crockett Beavers, who is employed on the same contract, are in the city. Mr. Wynne reports that his force will be ready to turn the arch at the east end Friday and that the west end entrance will be ready within fifteen days.
