NEW DEPOT AT WELCH

Tracks Will Be Raised Five Feet and Other Improvements Made
    A new depot is to be built at Welch, according to latest advices.  There are engineers on the ground making the surveys for raising the track about five feet higher than at present and locating the new station, which will be built on the same plan at that at Williamson.
