Addition to Scale House
    It is reported that the Norfolk and Western will add an additional floor to the scale house located near the Grant street bridge.  This enlargement of the building is made necessary on account of the heavy business which is transacted at that point, especially now that eastern shipments are heavy, and every indication points to a continuation of the eastern movement.
