Anybody heard of T.L.Sink?

I believe that Tom Sink co-authored some books with Paul Withers, primarily on Southern diesels.  If I recall correctly, Bob Bowers and I ran into him one day railfanning in RO.

Tom Sink used to live in Greensboro and he and G. M. McDonald and I would communicate often.  Like someone mentioned in their email, He lives in Kingsport, TN and is a friend of Tom King.  I don't know if Tom has an email or not.
