Is this not the bridge that was just West of the N&W Norfolk Passenger station where Waterside complex now stands? The Norfolk Southern building is in the same area. I remember crossing such a bridge in my Navy weekend leave days when riding the trains to Bluefield. $14.00 round trip for us boys in uniform.
