    The Norfolk and Western is also coming in for considerable thanks and commendation for the rate given from Kenova to Bluefield and the courteous treatment of the delegates.  The round trip fare was $3 and the distance both ways is 344 miles [Should be about 410 miles.  Either way, about 1¢ per mile, or less, about one-half the going rate then.].
