Maybe if it goes to Chattanooga the color will be correct...
 
The paint they have on the 1135 is nowhere near correct for N&W  blue.

NW 1776  will be moving today from the Virginia Museum of Transportation to 
Shaffers  Crossing. 

Following one or two days of attention to its trucks it will  move to
