Thursday Schedule for NWHS Lynchburg Convention

Having had to juggle conference programs in another lifetime working for a  
trade association, I know how fluid these things can be.  Right now all I  
need is "the first activity will begin at X:XX p.m."  Details later is  fine.

Although the web site for the conventions mentions "see schedule" in a  
number of locations, I cannot find the convention "schedule" posted  anywhere.  
What time do official activities begin on Thursday?
 
I live an hour away, and have received an invitation to participate in  a 
noon-1:00 p.m. activity near home.  I need to know if there's a  conflict 
before I commit.
