Porthole Opening on E2a Tender

It's a clean-out port for the water legs on either side of the coal bunker. They
were added to tenders after WWII. Previously a man had to wiggle into the water
leg from the back to clean it out. The ports made it much easier. BTW: models of
the engines sold during the war have the clean-out ports, but they had not yet
been applied when these engines were sold. Picky picky! But check the photos.
