Mike,
Mr. Drake is our recently retired Vice President of Engineering, formerly AVP of 
Track Dept.  A great guy.  (Actually most of our Engineering VPs have been 
good.)  Apparently others liked Mr. Drake too considering this nice gesture.

Caught this on the Bristol,Tennessee side of State Street in the camp-car
train associated with 94T. Don't know if it is an ex N&W but thought some
might be interested and may know who Tim Drake was.
