not quite scrapped...8-D

most likely it was no longer on the active roster sold to the scrap
dealer who now has the ownership.

or do you wanna see W. E. & Don Shlepinup on the tender?

(imagine the steam locomotive roster these scrap dealers coulda had if
they never scrapped them.. start their own railroad!)
