Arthur VA near Elliston

The cut east of Arthur is about 250 feet long, and the cut west of
Arthur is more like 500 feet according to Google Earth. That makes me
think that tunnel 4 was in the cut east of Arthur. It's all making
sense to me now.

The only thing I wonder about is how they imploded tunnel 4? They
didn't build a shoofly around it.
