N&W Cabin Car Lost in Ithica, NY

A friend from Cornell sent me the attached two photos of an N&W wooden
cabin with arch bar trucks which now resides in Ithica, NY. He says the
cabin has been in its present location "more than 20 years."

Anyone know the story of this piece?
