Correct, RIchard Shell's email had the GEs (8010, 8076-8080)(which what the original question was about) plus the 6175 which was also delivered in Tuscan, but the paint color apparently did not suit the powers that be and it was repainted in Roanoke Shops.

Also, during the BRAC strike, when Robert Claytor was running trains, he picked up the nickname "Red Baron" from operating a tuscan engine. Was it always the same engine or just one of the tuscan engines that was available?
