Streamlined K's

I have a bell in my back yard with "125" stamped on the bell, and an N&W 
pattern number on the
bracket.
My grandson's other Grandpa's grandpa supposedly received it as a 
retirement gift.
His name was Dull.
Can anyone help verify this?
