THE ARROW - great Issue!

I agree with Charlie.  My issue also came yesterday; I haven't had a  
chance to read closely, but I skimmed it cover to cover and was very impressed  
(I do have to submit a clarification on GE traction motors versus locomotives 
in  which they were used versus trucks, but that's a miniscule nit).
