Does this mean that the VA Division superintendents will stay in Roanoke? I
am asking for a friend.

It will be interesting if by 2020 Roanoke is an intermodal facility.
Considering the proximity to 81 it makes sense but still sad to see the
city's rail heritage  evolve in this direction.
