Victoria was my first guess, but it sounds like Aubrey has some previous experience with this photo.

Based on the building at the right of the photo, it looks like it is either in Victoria or Princeton due to the two stories. Someone familiar with the station grounds at those locations might be able to nail down which town it is, which could help in research.
