611 and Kinney Connection

I had inquired in 2013 with the local boys on yahoo group CentVaRailList
about this subject - and was there a marker there. Aubrey  W. replied:

Around 1960, I walked around the wye from Montview Tower to see what you
ask. I thought of getting a picture of the eb Tennessean passing such a
marker, but there wasn't one, at least that I could see.

Then Garland Harper posted this photo looking toward N&W on the connection::
