Mike

VMT should have provided most of the pertinent information to you with tickets.

Boarding will be at the former N&W Passenger station, now O. Winston Link Museum. Parking is recommended to be in the lot behind the former General Office buildings on Bullett Avenue. It should be free on Saturday or Sunday.

I don't think seats are assigned.

IMHO, you can only barely hear the locomotive onboard. Cinders, probably not, no photo run bys, NS rules that no doors or dutch doors be allowed open in motion. You might get a cinder passing between cars.

I'd call VMT and explain that you need boarding passes prior to leaving home, they should be able to email them to you.

Have a great ride!
