electrification photo location

Can anyone help identify the location at which the attached photo was
taken?  Looks like a fairly narrow cut deep in the hills.  Buildings on
both hillsides with some quite near the tracks.  My first guess would be
somewhere between Cooper and Ruth, but I have no hard evidence to
substantiate it.
