old power plant

Would there be any photos (or information) from the Williamson area that would show an old power plant at this location: 37.635318°, -82.187856° 

If you use the satellite view of this location you will see a substation. One of those buildings served as the control room for the old power plant. I have no further information on when the plant existed, nor when it was demolished.
