Caboose for sale

I thought you all would be interested in the details I have for the N & W caboose for sale by OMR. 
According to "Cabooses of the Norfolk and Western" #518524 was built in January 1969, and was off the roster by 1991. Class C31 originally, before new wheel bearings were added.
I'd be interested, but the price is too high for my budget. I like to think my grandaddy possibly helped build it.
