Newest Issue of The Arrow

Something caught my eye, on page 32; (Vol. 34, No. 1, Jan, Feb, Mar, 2018)
"Walton Tower" from January 1958 N&W magazine. There's an image with
engineer F.W. Collins. I'm going to take an educated guess and say that's
the Frank Collins quite a few here know from the ('80's) steam program
days. Frank started on the Radford Division in 1954, so it makes sense.
Just thought it was interesting to see a steam era shot of Frank.
