Ha!

Digging through my collection of NWHS magazines, I found an article by Gary
Rolih in the March/April 1997 Arrow, Volume 13, No. 2.  It discusses a 1915
agreement between N&W and C&O allowing connection "at a point at or near
the town of Waverly in the County of Pike" and use of the N&W tracks to
Valley Crossing.
