Captioned as "West Fork WV"?!.  From cab lettering I am assuming late 30's
to mid 40's.  The only West fork I am aware of is the spur off the main
West of Coopers and heading toward Elkhorn tunnel.  Photos of this area
seem to be exceedingly rare.  On the left is what appears to be a very low
volume water tank or one that is under construction.  Can anyone (maybe
Alex or Gtant) comment on the location at which this photo was taken?
