That is correct for an as-delivered RS-11.

The heralds were not added until after September 1958 (if I recall correctly) and since the RS-11s were delivered beginning in 1956, their paint was still fresh enough to not require a trip to the paint shop. It was the same for the GP9 and RS-3.
