     It all depends on the position of the yellow lights. The aspect as 
displayed in the photo is a "Diverging Clear". If the yellows slanted 
upward left to right. it would be displaying a "Diverging Approach". If 
the yellows were slanted down left to right, it would be displaying a 
"Restricting".
