Can you do us a search of libraries that has The Black Diamond & Coal Age?  I would like to get them for out archives. I think coal history would complement our rail interests

A Google search turns up a number of issues of the Norfolk & Western Magazine available in multiple forms. Google Books has quite a few but not all are available digitally. There are also quite a few lots for sale on eBay but they are pricy ($80 for 10 magazines from 1953). The Virginia Tech library has just about every edition in storage, from 1924 (vol. 2) up through 1982. The drawback is that they can only be viewed in the Special Collections department in the library. However, you might find a nearby library that also has copies. A check of Worldcat (a catalog of library catalogs, https://search.worldcat.org/title/8497588 ) turns up a number of libraries that received the magazine.
