To add to Jim Cochran’s thoughts, knowing when the convention is sooner rather than later is a great goal.  Of course finding a venue anymore is difficult at best. I have control of my work calendar but it is usually finalized around November for the following year. Father’s Day weekend presents challenges for my attending, as well. My two cents worth…
