N&W logos

My experience has been that NS and CSXT will permit the use of the "heritage" logos as long as you sign a document affirming that they are property of NS or CSXT and you have no right of ownership.

Check the U.S. Patent Office

According to this, the registration of the hamburger logo "was not renewed and therefore has expired."
